There are currently many unknowns throughout the Higher Education sector, particularly when it comes to universities. The start of the new academic year is drawing closer and many universities have decided to offer majority virtual classes for the first year, with only 20% allowing part time on-site attendance. With all of these restrictions in place, how can universities ensure fee-paying students have a safe and positive return to university?

  • How are universities able to support this new way of learning and still offer the right tools for students to participate in their chosen course, ensuring a positive experience of university?
  • How do universities make this as frictionless and seamless as possible for the students?
  • What will this mean for universities faced with increasing debt given the COVID-19 pandemic?

Register for this session to hear from two Russell Group universities (University of Liverpool and University of Southampton) and Ian Dunn from Coventry University, a pioneer in Student Experience for many universities. They'll be sharing their knowledge on ensuring a continued positive student experience, both virtually and on-site.
