ServiceNow EMEA Partner Summit 2018

Engage ESM, an Atos company, today announced it has been recognized by ServiceNow for achieving the highest customer satisfaction award, as well as Atos winning top outsourcer award in EMEA for 2017. The awards were presented at ServiceNow’s Annual EMEA PartnerNow Summit, which took place in Barcelona in March 2018.

The EMEA PartnerNow awards are about recognizing the tremendous contributions of the ServiceNow partner community and rewarding those that have delivered outstanding value to ServiceNow and its customers.

The customer satisfaction surveys were conducted by ServiceNow on behalf of partners who registered their deployments and implementations during the 2017 calendar year.  The customer satisfaction award reflects strong customer relationships, exceeding customer expectation in terms of software adoption and being a collaborative partner with ServiceNow.
