Rob Jenkins has been working in the IT industry for 30 years with companies including British Aerospace, GEC, VMware, Google, and ServiceNow. In the last 8 years, Rob has held leadership positions at KPMG and ServiceNow, working with the largest enterprise customers of ServiceNow to build and execute their ServiceNow platform strategy. Rob is now COO, Northern Europe, for the Atos ServiceNow practice.


Nerys Mutlow, Evangelist, Chief Information Office - ServiceNow

Nerys is an experienced senior business leader and executive, strategist, and enterprise architect with extensive experience in leading businesses and delivery organizations in the information technology and services industry. In her role in the Chief Innovation Office at ServiceNow, Nerys works across senior execs and CXOs to scope out strategies and helps to enable them to think differently and challenge the status quo to transform their business.


Liah Holohan, Head of IT Service Delivery - daa

Liah has worked in various technical leadership positions for over 15 years with experience in all aspects of management (people and technical), strategy, planning, development, solution delivery, service delivery, and team building. Prior to DAA Liah worked for IBM, PALM Global, and NSAI. She currently heads up the IT Service Delivery and Service Desk teams for daa and her current role covers all aspects of IT service delivery, including proactive lifecycle planning of the IT estate.
