Atos was already a Gold Reseller Partner for ServiceNow, but the acquisition of Engage ESM has enabled it to fast-track the process to become a Gold Service Partner across all of its ServiceNow capabilities.

This offers considerable opportunities when considered in the context of the potential for ServiceNow and its Service Partners.

ServiceNow has a strong and growing installed base of more than 11 million users of its platform, most of whom are in the IT departments of organizations; they love ServiceNow for its determination to champion them to help better align IT with business requirements.
